This is the busy month of the year as many thing are happening at the same time and we have to plan well in order to achieve the goal that we set at the early of the year. One of those plan is to get away from work so we can refresh our mine. The idea coming up for the staff retreat this year, we want to make it a bit different than going to just have fun at Sihanoukville province. We want to go a bit further to the island and we thought of Koh Tonsay (the rabbit island in Kampot), Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloeum. Our team has decide to go to Sihanoukville + touring 3 island in March 2015 with the budget of $3000 for 30 people. At first I don't know what is the word "Balut" mean when people talking about it and they just had many question seeing the seller selling these type of ball to their customers. Mostly people from Asian countries would know this and it is known as duck eggs which contain the baby duck inside the egg. The way they make it is to take the egg to boil until cooked, then they can eat them with a type of herb together with pepper-salt and lemon juice. Of course, it looks pretty nasty to eat the unborn baby duck and everything in the egg. For those who eat them "YES, it is yummy!" - and you would want to try it sometime too I guess.
